PG-10003 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence procedures.
The PG-10003 immunogen is viral particles C6/36 (mosquito cell line) amplified dengue type II virus.
Figure 1 illustrates immunofluorescence staining of dengue type II infected BHK-21 cells using PG-10003. |
