| PA1-9076 detects SPP1 in human samples. Expected to react with Murine, Rat, and Canine based on sequence homology. PA1-9076 has been successfully used in Western blot and ELISA procedures. PA1-9076 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C terminus of SPP1, amino acids DPKSKEEDKHLK. For long term storage keep aliquots at -20ºC. Figure 1 illustrates Western blot detection of SPP1 in human thymus lysate using PA1-9076. Figure 2 illustrates specific staining of paraffin embedded human tonsil using PA1-9076.
