PA1-9011 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C terminus of ATF1, amino acids ELKTLKDLYSNKS. Figure 1 illustrates Western blot detection of ATF1 in A431 lysate using PA1-9011. |

| The atf1 gene of S. pombe encodes a bZIP transcription factor with strong homology to the mammalian factor ATF2. This is regulated by the stress activated kinases SAPK/JNK and p38. |
