PA1-85923 detects native and denatured TIMP-1 in human, rabbit, ovine, ferret, bovine, rat and equine samples. This antibody also detects TIMP-1 in and out of enzyme/inhibitor complex.
PA1-85923 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin), Western blot and ELISA applications. This antibody does not neutralize the protein activity.
The immunogen used to produce PA1-85923 is from human tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP-1). |
