| PA1-817 detects NANOG from human samples. PA1-817 has been successfully used in Western blot applications. By Western blot, PA1-817 detects a ~30 kDa band representing NANOG in Hela cells. This antibody also specifically detects an unidentified band at ~ 2 kDa. The PA1-817 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues S(135) Y K Q V K T W F Q N Q R M K(149) of human NANOG. This immunizing peptide (PEP-300) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments. Figure 1 illustrates Western blot detection of Nanog from Hela cells, using PA1-817. |
