PA1-4129 detects Bcl10 in human samples.
PA1-4129 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects a ~26 kDa protein representing Bcl10 in transfected 293 cells.
The PA1-4129 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues E(220) M F L P L R S R T V S R Q(233) C of Bcl10.
