| OSU00003W detects ATG1 from human, mouse, and rat samples. OSU00003W has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry and Western blot procedures. The OSU00003W immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a portion of human, rat, mouse serine/threonine-protein kinase ULK1 (ULK1, ATG1, UNC51, Unc51.1, KIAA0722) conjugated to immunogenic carrier protein has been used as the immunogen. Maintain the lyophilized/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20ºC for long term storage and at 2-8ºC for shorter term. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for additional stability. |
