| MA1-91399 detects beta Actin from Xenopus laevis, fish, Drosophila melanogaster, canine, bovine, chicken, feline, guinea pig, human, murine, leech, porcine, rabbit, rat and ovine samples. MA1-91399 has been successfully used in immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue), Western blot, ELISA, dot blot and immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue) applications. The MA1-91399 immunogen is synthetic peptide: DDDIAALVIDNGSGL conjugated to KLH, corresponding to amino acids 1-14 of Xenopus laevis Actin (beta). Store at 4ºC short term. For extended storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. |
