| MA1-25027 detects pan Cytokeratin from rabbit, guinea pig, goat, bovine, ovine, rat, mouse, hamster, canine, feline, chicken, reptile, and fish samples. MA1-25027 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunofluoresence procedures. Western blot detects a band approximately 58 kDa (cytokeratin 5), 56 kD (cytokeratin 6) and 52 kD (cytokeratin 8). The MA1-25027 immunogen is Cytokeratin preparation from human epidermis. Store at 4ºC short term. For extended storage aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. |
