| MA1-21497 detects MUC1 in human samples. MA1-21497 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (frozen & paraffin) procedures. This antibody is specific to 300 kD DF3 antigen present on the apical borders of secretory mammary epithelial cells. It stains glandular epithelia of breast, colon, kidney, liver, lung, pancreas, salivary gland and skin. In tumor tissues, it stains carcinomas of the breast, gastrointestinal tract, lung, kidney, urinary bladder and ovary. MA1-21497 immunogen corresponds to BALB/C mice were injected with membrane rich fraction of all human metastatic breast carcinoma. |
