| MA1-10031 detects Nuclear pore complex from human, mouse, rat, and yeast samples. MA1-10031 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence applications. For immunofluorescence on yeast cells it is suggested to dilute MA1-10031 at 1:100-1:500; on mammalian cells at 1:50-1:100. The MA1-10031 immunogen is yeast nuclear preparation. Figure 1 shows human HeLa cells stained with monoclonal antibody MA1-10031, which binds to a nuclear pore complex antigen. |
