Thus, I decided to develop my own serum raised against chicken GnRH receptor-2 using the BioPerformancePlus Plan from ABR-Affinity BioReagents. This antibody works extremely well for detection of human protein disulfide isomerase and blocks its function well. When I purify pure IgG2a (RL90) from the mouse ascites by protein A/G affinity chromatography, the amount that I obtain is always same, indicating that the quality is well controlled.
