"I have been using RL90 from ABR-Affinity Bioreagents since early 2006. This antibody works extremely well for detection of human protein disulfide isomerase and blocks its function well. When I purify pure IgG2a (RL90) from the mouse ascites by protein A/G affinity chromatography, the amount that I obtain is always same, indicating that the quality is well controlled.
